A Psychoeducational & Mind-Body Online (Hipaa Compliant Confidential Zoom) Support Group for Pelvic Pain Recovery

Starting Monday, July 14, 2025, 6:30-8 for 8 sessions

PURPOSE

Renew & Restore (R&R) is a psychoeducational support group that integrates mind-body techniques, trauma-informed care, and practical pain-regulation tools. Our program is designed to empower women coping with chronic pelvic pain to reduce distress, enhance emotional regulation, and reconnect with their bodies—all within a nurturing and supportive community of shared experiences.

TARGET PARTICIPANTS

  • Women (18+) experiencing chronic pelvic pain and or discomfort, vaginismus, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, or other unexplained/complex pelvic pain.
  • Those who feel they have struggles with pelvic floor pain or discomfort.
  • Individuals with trauma histories, anxiety, or emotional distress related to intimacy and body-based experiences.
